The Winter Solstice
The Winter Solstice is approaching 19th-22nd of December. In the four day silence the Earth takes her in-breath and from the cold dead of winter, life stirs. The sap begins to rise and as Nature re-invents herself magic happens.
The term solstice comes from the Latin word solstitium, derived from the Latin sol (sun) and sistere (to stand still). At the solstices, the Sun’s declination appears to stand still, that is, the seasonal movement of the Sun’s daily path as seen from Earth pauses at a northern or southern limit before reversing direction.
Dies Natalis Solis Invicti 25th December – the birthday of the unconquered sun
in 274 A.D, the Roman Empire declared December 25th a holiday to celebrate the birth of Sol Invictus – the Invincible Sun. Then in 336 AD, the Roman Emperor Constantine officially adopted December 25th as the birthday of Jesus(Zeus) and Christianity/Zeus-ianity became the official religion of the Roman world.

December the 25th is also the birthdays of the sun gods: Horus, Osiris, and Attis. Mithra, Heracles, Dionysus, Tammuz and Adonis.
Sun worship – the catholic message
Each year, the cycle of death, and rebirth takes place, and many cultures around the world have winter festivals that are celebrations of ‘the return of the light.’
Catholicism is sun worship although the Christian church has branded indigenous peoples sun worship as demonism, witchcraft and millions of souls perished at the hand of the gentle Jesus/Zeus.
This is the great deception.
In the pope’s Easter address the following song is sung.
“Flammus euis, Lucifer matutinus inventiat. His flame, Lucifer, dawning his own creation.
Ille, inquam, Lucifer qui nescit occasum. Man, I say, Oh Lucifer, who knows no setting.
Christos Filius Tuus…and Jesus Christ your son.
It doesn’t get more blatant than that.
Saturnalia – the feast of Saturn the Blue Sun.
Saturnalia begins on the 16th December, a ten day celebration of the suns return on December 25th when the 1 degree movement became visible to the shamanic sun gazers of that time. Wax taper candles called cerei were common gifts during Saturnalia, to signify light returning after the solstice.
In the ancient world Saturnalia was a public holiday for everyone. A time of joy, gift giving, singing of carols, feasting and drinking. Groups of costumed singers and dancers called Mummers, travelled from house to house to entertain their neighbors. From this came the tradition of Christmas caroling. Candles were lit to symbolically encourage Mithras the sun god to reappear for the next year and Yule logs were burned in honor of the sun. Houses were decorated with greenery, holly, ivy and mistletoe as a reminder of rebirth, the changing of seasons and a return to longer days.
The Oak King and the Holly King
The metaphorical story of the Oak King and the Holly King represented the summer and winter, the two opposing polarities locked in a never ending struggle for supremacy. The Holly King represented the old solar year who is conquered at the Winter Solstice by the Oak King – the new solar year.
By the end of the fourth century, the traditions of Saturnalia were absorbed by the present day traditions of Christmas.
A time for introspection
In a spiritual sense the in-breath is a time of introspection. A time to observe our thoughts, become aware of our faults, our attitudes and underlying motivation for the things we do in our everyday walk of life.
Observing our thoughts is often a painful approach to wisdom especially when we find ourselves entertaining negative thought forms which are contrary to the image we present to the world.
The four days of the in-breath is a time to reassess our lives, especially those aspects of our life that need to be refined, areas where the coal has to be chipped away from the diamond so we can progress spiritually.
A time to experience our relationship to the wholeness of the One Life – to witness the rebirth, the resurrection of life It is a time to lift our hearts into the living oneness and find the divine spirit that exists within all living things. To transform our being and open our hearts to our higher selves and find the freedom of an expanding awareness which unites us with the One Life, the Trans-personal Consciousness.
A time to pray that the spiritual worlds will split the cold rock of our materialistic thinking and allow us to be a clear channel for the ‘wind of the spirit.’
Prayer to the Blue Sun

“Covered with the golden disc is the face of truth. Uncover it, O Pusan, so that I who love truth may be able to see it.”

I have come to Thee, O my God, and have brought myself hither, that I may be conscious of Thy decrees.
I know Thee, and am attuned with Thee and Thy Two-and-Forty laws which exist with Thee in this Chamber of Maat.
In truth have I come into Thine attunement, and I have brought Maat in my mind and Soul.
Guarding our thinking
At the Winter Solstice, the thoughts that occupy our minds, and our emotional states are breathed into the mirror world. If we are in a state of fear and disharmony, the energy taken in by the breath will be enhanced, and like a boomerang will return through the mirror at the Summer Solstice as negative events in our lives.
So, my dear friends in the coming four days 19th-22nd let’s avoid toxic people, refrain from gossip and negative reality. Let us enjoy life, laugh, practice random acts of generosity/kindness and surround ourselves with beauty.

There are forty-two Divine Principles of Maat that have been written in the Book of the Dead and some of the art in Hatshepsut’s temple and some other places. Those are the Principles that the priests would recite in the Temples for the living people. That would be kind of like a prayer for them to align to Maat. You can of envision what it means to really be linked to that energy.

I feel like the odd-man-out with regard to the energies and astrology of November and December. I feel them, but I interpret them differently. The unconscious is my favored state in this world. By the grace of the Infinite Creator all of my music and art making takes place in an unconscious state. It amounts to at least 40 hours a week, and then there’s sleep. I have a low regard for the Human mind. Not only is it rather unremarkable, but the mainstream puts it on a pedestal. Thoughts are mostly regurgitations, but on rare occasion unique antennae pick up something from a better world. The only thought coming in fresh is that I am fine as I am, with no need for upgrade or improvement. My view that the majority of Humans are of no interest to me, and my developing view that even the benign and benevolent aliens are of little or no interest to me, is perfectly apt. This world seems to be a poorly made copy of the real world.
Thank goodness for the unconscious, mystery and surprise; without them I would kill myself in a heartbeat. In my youth and part way into middle age I was capable of great sacrifice in the pursuit of various improvements. That is no longer the case. In retrospect the outcomes were not worth the sacrifice. More and more I have lost interest in evolution, which is tied to the idea of improvement. Change is inevitable here, but it is just one of many negative features of this world. Knowing I will die and leave here allows me to tolerate this world. In the meantime I needn’t pay it much heed. I am I, and for me, that’s a lucky thing.

I always do the videos in a very intense focused state, usually when I can just about do them without falling flat on my face/ Those takes never make it out. Thus the lack of smiles. A well-rehearsed band would be a different issue entirely. You get to loosen up, and do savage when called for.
As I have well over 200 songs, it’s impossible to keep track, so I have taken to keeping about 10 under rehearsal/review so that I can actually DO them when necessary. Normally you would have about 20 on tap for gigging, but that’s not happening.
The AZ actually DOES stand for something. Life is a constant initiation.

If any of you can. see if you can gaze the rising sun on any of the four days. If you look just slightly to the right of the sun you will see the blue sun appear in your left eye and vice versa. It is stunningly intense and surrounded by infra red and ultraviolet light. Absolutely awesome. This is the time to connect with the true life giver. This is the time to step into our own power and stand strong against Ahriman and his forces. Get excited.

Try to construct a reality which may/may not be shattered and smashed in the next 5 minutes by a tidal wave of whatever? Most people out there and quite a few in here are apparently living a reality which appears to be about 1 millimetre thick, and that’s on a good day.
