In my last post, we discussed the electrification of our skies and its effect on consciousness and all life. The galactic energy that is surging through our solar system is called the Shift of Ages, the Rapture, the Avatar of Synthesis, the Evolution of the Life wave and is super charging everything on our planet, animal, vegetable, mineral, the air, water, wind, earth and sun fire. As a result of this momentous force, human awareness and emotion will be amplified, intensified either into transcendence or de-evolution. In other words we can either regain our multi dimensional consciousness and free ourselves from the matrix or get stuck in the matrix game for the next round of constant conflict: me against you and us against them.
Timelines are splitting…
The four days of the in-breath
Consciousness is like a field…it doesn’t care what seeds[thoughts] you plant in the soil, but it will return what you sow because that is the Law.
Earth breathes once a year. The in-breath takes place over the four days of the Winter Solstice-Dec 19-22nd, and the out-breath at the Summer Solstice-June 19-22. The collective resonance of human awareness at the Winter Solstice[in-breath] is critical to the well being of life on Earth… for ‘inner is outer’ and the ‘state’ of our planet is a mirror image of our collective consciousness. If the Earth breathes in hate, fear and service to self, she will breathe out the ‘enhanced’ same energies at the Summer Solstice.
As the cosmic energy of the Shift intensifies, think of what is happening in our reality. Mass slaughter of innocents on the blood soaked, misery plane called war. Millions homeless and displaced. Imagine the anguish. The ‘misery energy’ of it all. This is reality, and only the tip of the iceberg of human suffering, the double cross that humanity bears.
Plus the trillions of soul imbued animals and fish that will be slaughtered for degraded palates to celebrate the birth of the Prince of Peace. And think about the thousands of miles of land mines in Ukr and other European countries, depleted uranium, mines in the sea. Life does not stand a chance against these demon infested beings.
Sabotaging the Shift
It may be that the creators of this sacrificial construct want to hold us in a fear frequency, want us to cause as much suffering to as many humans and animals as we can. It sure looks that way. They will foment all kinds of terrors to try and negate the evolutionary shift at hand.
But, each one of us has the power to choose. The choice is simple. Love or hate. Inclusion or exclusion. There is not much time left for the sleepers to wake up for the run is on.
On behalf of the creatures
When we set our intent to resonate with the incoming evolutionary power, practice mindfulness and make an effort to avoid harming any living creature by deed, thought or word, there will inevitably be a 
surge of love and compassion for all living things….
We will recognise that the animals, birds and fish we cruelly abuse, use and discard are powered by the same divine energy as we are. Many of us involved in the animal rights movement have at one time or another experienced a divine connection to a hunted hare or fox – to a companion animal, or one that we have rescued from the soulless. For a fleeting instant, we have been encompassed by an ecstatic, timeless communion with a non human life form – a divine event that takes place outside of physical reality. A re-connection to the One Life. And once that happens our lives are changed forever. Many people think vegans and animal rightists are extreme. Those who have not had a spiritual re-connection to all of life, will never understand why so many of us put ourselves on the line to speak up for and protect the creatures.
Deep thoughts for the in-breath
Trapped in the flesh
In this blasted duality reality, divine energy has become trapped in a myriad of life forms, man, animals, birds and reptiles each equipt with a set of chemical instructions and instincts. All are programmes and are either predator or prey. A nightmare world where everything has to kill another life form to exist.
I have wondered for a long time how the evil creatures that created this brutal reality trapped Source energy and imprisoned it in the manifested life we see around us. We only operate on around 10 percent of our dna capabilities. The other 90 percent scientists call junk dna. Could this so called junk dna be our blocked multi dimensional energy? The energetic spiritual part of our being. Could it be powering this simulation?
I think it is.
Everything that exists is an aspect of us and we have been manipulated to think we are separate from all other life.
Duality happened when the vivisectionist, people call god separated an androgynous being into two polarities.
“Male and female he created them.”
I suspect that is why we are always looking to become whole again.
Through the looking glass
The redeeming factor of duality is that there is always a bright side…and never more brighter than the opportunity on offer in the Now.
The flowering of the Spirit
“I have the feeling that my boat has struck, down there in the depths against some great thing. And nothing happens.
Nothing….silence….waves…nothing. Or, has everything happened, and are we standing quietly now in the new life?”
So dear friends, spiritual warriors on the path to home. Let us not dwell on our lower, limited self defined by our personal history and our ego. Let us become free and focus on our highest aspiration, embrace and harness the incoming power and become one with the timeless, stainless truth of That Art Thou.
Remember in this time of heightened energetic change, we need to keep the four days of the solstice as free from negativity as we can. Meditate, sungaze, fast, and above all to thine ownself be true. Breathe in the One Life.

As if I had a choice. Eileen Caddy one of the founders of the Findhorn Garden told me after I had given a talk on animal rights in Winchester, that while I was giving verbal hell to some bloodsportsmen, she saw a Red Indian in full headdress and trailer standing behind me. And, that I would be going to America. I blew it off! And look what happened. How I got to the rez is an amazing story.
Living with Native People has added so much to my spiritual knowledge.Put the finishing touches to the elemental realm. I miss my island. But it had to be.
I have learned the sacred language of spiritual reality and the tones that resonate on them. I think the reason will be revealed very soon. 2024 is going to be wild.

Reminds me of Icarus attempting to steal the light of the sun. Perhaps it is that they captured something relative to Source energy and presented it as such to the masses. The simulation of divinity, i.e. religion.

I feel that they captured Source energy. The reason is all animals, birds, reptiles, insect are conscious and respond to love…they give it unconditionally and that meeting of selves is wonderful. It is ecstatic. It is entering the One Divine Life.
I think I know how they trapped it. Trap is only in Duality. So it was splitting a creature eating grass in a ditch…anyway that is what the Sumerian texts tell us. A sexless creature in terms of charge that walked with God. And they divided it. Voila! Duality and the trap is created.

There are two suns. The yellow sun has a twelve sided geometric on its face. I know because I been sungazing 10 years and I have seen it and counted the sides. In the Isha Upanishad, xv we read:
“The face of truth is hidden by thy golden orb, O Sun. That do thou remove, in order that I who am devoted to truth may behold its glory.”
“Covered with the golden disc is the face of truth. Uncover it, O Pusan, so that I who love truth may be able to see it.”
Does the Isha Upanishad imply that the yellow Sun is a mask covering truth? And, by establishing a spiritual connection with the blue Sun, we can see behind the mask?
Yes we can. Most of the information I write about comes from the blue sun. I call it sun wifi.
In answer to your question the yellow sun is part of the matrix and so is the cosmos. All holographic. In a duality if you are in a prison at some time an escape is possible. We are here, darlin’. it’s escape time.

The other day I read an article about smart dust, nano bots etc. It disturbed me so that evening as I was sungazing I held those fears in my mind. Suddenly I started laughing. There was a noticeable change in the sunlight. I felt happy and relieved.
Why? The incoming galactic wave will just fry those suckers, short circuit the whole fucking works. I love it!

December 15, 2023 at 2:00 pmSeriously, If you can find a place to sungaze. Do it! First 45 minutes sunrise and last 45 minutes sun set. The protocols laid down says the first hour but because of the increase of incoming cosmic radiation, I shortened the time to 45 minutes. Start with a minute, the next time two, three, four up to 44 minutes. It took me over a year to get to that 44 minute mark. Got to have bare feet on the ground when you gaze otherwise you will not have a clear energy flow path connection. It is the most wonderful spiritual adventure I have ever been on. Peony has been gazing for a year. She has moved and has three jobs. But when she pops in you can ask her what she thinks.
About the blue sun being a fourth dimensional holographic disc. The colour belongs to the fifth dimension, the space field and I feel drawn to it being 5D. 4D is the opening of the human heart to the One Life. Without compassion for all of life there will be no transcendence into the blue zone and beyond.

For me the yellow sun is like a filter on a camera, it filters colours and energy it is the separation and the veil…behind it, is the blue sun that is much more powerful and if I can say ‘full’, implying everything IN. the yellow sun is definitly 3D the blue sun is 4 and 5, just my feeling. What Ariel call the dark sun is for me when all the colours mixed up in the center it appears almost black like, blue + yellow + the invisible red.
If you see the blue you can connect and definitly see beyond.

You know the bright magenta pink ring that surrounds the blue sun. Try looking through a pink sun with a blue ring. Create the opposite polarity. Prepare to be knocked off your feet when the spirals meet. Quite an experience. I found the magenta sun quite a hard image to hold on to.
